(Courtesy photo) Rio Arriba County zoning officials say this pile of used tires in Los Luceros has existed for more than 10 years. The landowner says he is disposing of them as quickly as possible, although zoning officials say they are concerned the thousands of tires don’t end up illegally piled elsewhere in the County.
