Illegal towyard still a problem

(SUNfoto by Wheeler Cowperthwaite) Former Rio Arriba County sheriff Tommy Rodella had a semi trailer, loaded with crushed cars taken from Jacob Lucero’s yard, pulled over and towed to a separate tow yard, Feb. 13. All of the cars had their vehicle inspection numbers checked to see if they had been stolen. None came back as such.
