Aquatics Director Nathan Romero moves a warning sign, Aug. 18, to show water damage done by leaks in the Lucero Center’s roof, to the floor of the basketball gymnasium. Romero reminded city councilors of the problems at the Center last month, one year after former city manager Kelly Duran originally reported them.
