Rio Arriba County Commissioner Alex Naranjo speaks, Sept. 28, after the regular Commission meeting, with County Attorney Adán Trujillo, about his new appointment to the North Central Solid Waste Authority Board. Naranjo’s first official action as an Authority Board member was to second a motion to vote for the approval of the Authority’s new Memorandum of Understanding with the city of Española.
