Residents Remove Tires from Polluted Rio Chama

An unknown person illegally dumped tires into the Rio Chama, near Medanales, sometime earlier this year. This is not the first time it’s happened. Curtis Hutchinson, a resident who owns property along the river, said he pulled tires from the river, throughout last year.
