A very bad practice has become a standard driving habit almost overnight. Drivers now predictably run not only the end of a yellow light but the beginning of the red ones. I’m fearful whenever I stop at a yellow light that someone planning to plow through the intersection is going to rear-end me. I’d say Española could use some intersection cameras enabling tickets to be easily issued by mail.
