Embudo Library Granted Funds for Stage Construction

The Embudo Valley Library in DIxon received $206,000 in grant funding to construct an outdoor  stage in  the open area in front of the book store. Originally the grant was to purchase a portable stage but it had higher than expected maintenance costs associated with it. The stage will provide a venue for local musicians, children’s theater and be available for rent.
