I believe you previously published a letter suggesting that the North Central Solid Waste Authority not burn clean, healthy plant products, turning them into smog that is harmful to the community. We should instead find a way to make good clean compost from, or otherwise recycle, the green waste.
Many other communities are trying to emulate the nature of life as a part of their service to human welfare, by composting cellular waste, emulating the whole of life that survives by recycling all its parts.
I should think the Authority would have at least considered the possibility in the six months or so that they have been filling up the incinerator since that previous letter.
