Just a quick note on your article “Sheriff’s Office Scores Three Trucks,” in the March 4 issue of the Rio Grande SUN.
We appreciate your mention of our Fleet Department in your article, however, you stated that those units came from our Dodge Fleet Department in Albuquerque. Those trucks actually came from our Chevrolet dealership in Los Lunas.
We just wanted to give the proper credit to Fleet Manager Randy Witt, from our Los Lunas Fleet Department. He has been in the Government Fleet business for over 20 years and specializes in Police units like the ones your Sheriff’s Office received.
We are fortunate to have someone like Randy running our team in Los Lunas. With our Los Lunas location offering Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles he is able to provide a wide selection of vehicles to local and state fleets including many of the Sheriff and Police Departments in New Mexico.
