School Board Fights over New Marquee

Española School District Board members voted 3-2 to purchase a new electronic marquee for the entrance to Española Valley High School. The old sign has not worked since 2015 and only sporadically before that. The two no votes came from Board members who wanted the money spent more directly on education.
