Española’s backup-quarterback-turned-starter-turned-running-back is in his natural position next to the center, and had another big game on the ground for the Sundevils. He turned three of his six carries into touchdowns, with 182 yards total in a dominant win.

The Sundevils’ edge rusher got to try his hand at a few new positions as well, and made the most of it. He ran the ball twice, including a 31-yard touchdown. And in coverage he picked off two passes out of five Española interceptions.
Hannah Lopez, Escalante Volleyball
Lopez was a consistent strength in a straight-sets win over Dulce for the Lady Lobos. She recorded six kills in the match, and three aces at big times.
