Accused rapist arrested again

An Española woman alleged, after Peralta had been accused of raping a woman, that she too was raped by him. Española Police picked Peralta up because the warrant Rio Arriba County Sheriff’s deputies served on him had not been cleared from the National Criminal Information Center database.
