Española Police Officer Jerome Broyles was dispatched to 308 Railroad Avenue at 9:25 a.m., May 25 to assist Planning and Zoning staff as they evicted some squatters from the residence. Detectives were standing by to arrest the man in the red shirt (right) on felony warrants once he had removed his personal belongings from the building.
