Beatrice “Bea” Borrego, 63, Ranchitos, died Friday, may 1, 2009 in Ranchitos.
She was employed with the Española School District at Española Valley High School from 1978 to 2006 as a secretary with the athletic department.
Ms. Borrego was preceded in death by her parents Jose and Inez Borrego; a sister, Frances Martinez and a brother, Joe Borrego.
She is survived by her only daughter, Rachel; two grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Palita Garcia, Medanales; John Borrego, San Pedro; Ben Borrego, Arroyo Seco; Pat Martinez, Chimayó and Lawrence Borrego, San Pedro and many other relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the New Hope Family Worship Center in El Llano May 8 at 4 p.m.
