Berryman pumps his fist as he crosses the finish line in first place in the 200-meter run at the Class AAA-AAAAA state track and field meet May 14 in Albuquerque. Berryman finished the meet as high-point individual with 26 points, also winning the long jump and 100-meter run. Pojoaque’s Amanda Babicke tied with Hope Christian’s Aasha Marler for high-points in the girls competition, scoring 26 points and winning the long jump and 400-meter run.
