Chama Council Inks Deal on Wastewater Solar Array

The 1.5 megawatt solar array on Northern New Mexico's El Rito campus is much larger than the system the Village of Chama will have installed at its wastewater treatment plant. That 196 kWh system will be built by Clear Energy Solar at their cost and will save the Village $260,000 over 20 years.
