City Allows Chamber To Rent to Ayudantes

(SUNfoto by Emma Breysse) The former home of the Española Valley Chamber of Commerce (above) can legally become the new home of mental health clinic Ayudantes with an ordinance passed Nov. 30 by the Española City Council. The ordinance allows the Chamber, which leases the land from the city, to sublease to Ayudantes. Any agreement will depend on negotiations between the Chamber and the clinic.
