City Officer’s Vehicle Struck While Stationary

Johnny Sandoval, of Cordova, struck Española Police Officer James Haught's patrol unit as Haught sat stationary running radar. Haught suffered a broken ankle and has undergone two surgeries. Sandoval was charged with several felonies including driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and felon in possession of a firearm.
