Cop Crashes into Woman’s Truck

Nambé resident Berlina Herrera sits in her truck, that was totaled by her insurance company, after she allegedly pulled into traffic, April 11, on Industrial Park Road, and slammed into an Española Police Department car driven by Officer Byron Abeyta. Herrera claimed that Abeyta came out of nowhere, but a State Police officer found her at fault for the crash.
