(SUN Filefoto) Blood drips from the head of Raymond Martinez as he is escorted out of the bushes in a field behind Los Arcos restaurant. Police and medics arrived in the field after 4 p.m. June 14, 2011 for a suspected overdose, according to Española 911 Center dispatch logs. Medical workers gave Martinez Narcan, a drug used to reverse the effects of opiate overdoses, and he walked into a waiting ambulance.
