(Courtesy photo) Española Police Department secretary Melissa Griego's DUI charges were dismissed Sept. 17 in Santa Fe Magistrate Court due to what the District Attorney's office described as court scheduling problems. Griego, 34, of Peñasco, allegedly caused two separate accidents within minutes of each other Feb. 14 in Pojoaque and Sombrillo.
