Officers were trying to find Edgar Chavira-Grijalva, 25, after Officer Cory Atencio tried to get him to leave the area, then shot him with a stun gun. Chavira-Grijalva was arrested, June 16, when he reported to his probation officer, according to E911 Dispatch Center logs.
