(SUNFoto by Jeff Tucker) Santa Fe County Commissioner Daniel Mayfield tells the Jemez Mountains Electric Cooperative board his county will protest proposed electric surcharges resulting from easement and trespassing negotiations with the Nambé and San Ildefonso pueblos.
