It’s too bad Española hoops fan still don’t get it.
Their kids played hard at state tourney and lost. Yes, I’m sure it was a tough loss, but someone has to lose. Instead of showing their appreciation for two teams that played their hearts out, they showered the court with debris.
If I was an Española fan, which I’m not, you show some class. Sportsmanship is essential in both in victory and defeat. And people in town scratch their heads about the bad reputation they have. Hmm, I wonder why? I can’t seem to figure it out.
Española is an embarrassment to the state.
