Española Police Department officers, medics and Fire Department personnel responded at 12:30 p.m., Monday to an E-911 call of a woman overdosing at Las Lomas Apartments. Radio traffic indicated two doses of Narcan were administered to the woman and CPR was started. It was not clear if lifesaving measures were performed by someone in the apartment or police. By the time medics arrived the woman was awake.
