Rio Arriba County Fire Marshal Alfredo Montoya distributes COVD-19 home test kits Feb. 12 at the Lowe’s Home Improvement in Española. Montoya said this was the second distribution of test kits the County had received from the Department of Homeland Security. The first distribution went out with the Senior Meals Program.
