(SUNfoto by Wheeler Cowperthwaite) A Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office employee motions to another deputy to unlock the back of a car, Aug. 14, at the intersection of Santa Fe County Road 88 and U.S. Highway 84/285. Saul Galvan, 28, was arrested on charges of DWI, reckless driving and open container of alcohol in a vehicle. Galvan was a suspect in a hit-and-run case, and while deputies were trying to find him, another caller reported he swerved into oncoming traffic and crashed. His blood-alcohol level was 0.24, three times the legal limit of 0.08.
