Hard Cider Apples Gain Popularity

(SUNfoto by Robert Eckert) Tim Seaman uses a “wine thief” to remove a small amount of two-year-old cider so he can taste it. This is a batch that will be bottled shortly. Seaman said if the large bottle remains open too much longer, it might disappear because of his urge to continue to “test” it.
