Hospital May Bring Back Third Ambulance

He was taken to Española Hospital for head injuries. Santa Fe County’s Pojoaque-based “Med-50” ambulance had to respond to the accident because both Hospital ambulances were on other calls — the latest of at least 36 incidents in which Hospital paramedics have been delayed or unable to respond to emergencies since the Hospital reduced its daytime ambulance fleet.
