(SUNfotos by Nathan J. Comp) State Police officer Daniel Martinez arrests 24-year-old Michael Rivas, caught April 29 for driving with a revoked license. Rivas, whose license was revoked on a driving drunk conviction, was pulled over on Riverside Driver after Martinez saw he wasn’t wearing a seat belt. According to state statutes, driving while revoked carries a mandatory minimum of seven days in jail.
