Recently a person employed by the city of Española, with a name similar to mine, has appeared in series of articles in the Rio Grande SUN. The most recent article (City Threatens to Fire Workers Named in Probe, Rio Grande SUN, June 18, 2009 p. A1) describes charges of embezzlement related to her employment. These articles are causing severe problems with mistaken identity and confusion among acquaitnances, creditors, law enforcement, professional colleagues and others.
