Jacyana Leigh Gallegos, 10 weeks, Chimayo, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008.
She was born Sept. 24, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Richard Gallegos.
Jacyana is survived by her parents, Jonathan Gallegos and Rochelle Martinez; maternal grandmother, Brenda Martinez; paternal grandparents, Louella Espinoza and Richard Gallegos Jr.; many aunts and uncles and other relatives.
Mass of the Angels was celebrated Dec. 6 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo. Burial followed at the Nuestra Señora de Dolores Catholic Cemetery in Chimayo with the following serving as pallbearers, Janelle Gallegos, Destinee and Damian Martinez and Myriah Padilla. Honorary pallbearers were her extended family.
