JAMES A. JARAMILLO, 23 AND ALFRED J. JARAMILLO, 21

Residents of Youngsville, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 following injuries sustained in an automobile accident. They were preceded in death by their paternal grandmother, Virginia Jaramillo; maternal grandmother, Carlota Velasquez; paternal grandfather, Ernesto Jaramillo and uncle, Johnny Velasquez. James was currently employed by the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Alfred was a firefighter with the National Forest Service. They are survived by their parents, Freddie and Rose Jaramillo of Youngsville; James fiancé, Samantha Garcia; James children, Anthony and Ashlynn Jaramillo and unborn child, due May 5 all of Youngsville; maternal grandfather, Tony Velasquez of Mesa de Poleo; close uncle, Merejildo Velasquez of Youngsville; James mother-in-law, Annie Martinez and numerous aunts, uncles and many cousins and relatives and friends. A devotional service was held on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Coronado High School Gym in Gallina.  Funeral service was held on Friday, April 17, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. also at Coronado High School Gym in Gallina.  Burial followed at the San Pedro Catholic Cemetery in Youngsville.  Serving as James pallbearers, Joe Salazar, Glen Martinez, Kenny Martinez, Robert Sandoval, Amos Martinez and Norris Velasquez. Serving as pallbearers for Alfred, Tony Velasquez, Eric Velasquez, Adrian Sandoval, Ricardo Velasquez, Simon Gonzales and Ronald Lovato.  Honorary pallbearer is Brian Velasquez.  The Jaramillo family has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley. 505-747-7477 or www.devargasfuneral.com
