Judge Awards Restraining Order to Former City Manager

Former Española city manager Kelly Duran acknowledges supporters while exiting the courtroom after a Tuesday hearing in Santa Fe, in front of First Judicial District Court Judge David Thomson. Thomson told Duran shortly before granting the restraining order, that he wasn’t a “hall monitor,” and the court didn’t entrust him to prevent Maes from “looking at you funny when driving down the road.”
