Judge Overturns DWI Dismissal

(SUNfoto by Bill Rodgers) Abraham Baca, a former State Police agent now working at the Rio Arriba County Sheriff’s Department, learned March 18 that he would stand trial for aggravated DWI after state District Court Judge Stephen Pfeffer overturned an October ruling by Rio Arriba County Magistrate Court Judge Alex Naranjo dismissing the case with prejudice.
