(SUNfoto by George Morse) Española Valley’s Elana Salazar swings away against the Los Alamos Hilltoppers in the Sundevils 25-22, 25-19, 25-22 victory Oct. 26 in Los Alamos. Española clinched the regular season District 2AAAA title, the top seed in the District 2AAAA tournament and a spot in the Class AAAA state volleyball tournament with the win. Salazar led the Sundevils with 14 kills. Española is 7-0 in District 2AAAA.
