So, another scheduled court date for Ricky Martinez, and again, another postponement.
It has been over a year and we are facing another birthday without birthday boy, Cypress Garcia, who loved celebrating birthdays, especially his own. Cypress would have turned 24 on 08/27. His alleged murderer, Ricky Martinez, has yet to be charged for allegedly murdering a hard-working young man, and severely assaulting his brother/coworker, Cyress Garcia. We want answers and justice for our loved ones, Cypress and Cyress Garcia.
Will he be released again to terrorize our, or another community yet again? Is the state working on another deal with the devil?? It really has many of us puzzled and extremely concerned.
What about the getaway drivers and accomplices? Are they ever going to face any consequences for accompanying him?
Personally, I hope he gets released and gets what’s coming to him out here. Afterall, there is no PC, SEG or “federal protection” in the real world. Really, how many people will he have to hurt or kill before he is not allowed to walk among us?
We, Cypress and Cyress Garcia’s loved ones, and the public demand answers and deserve a sense of security in knowing that he will pay for his alleged crimes, and that we won’t be retaliated against for speaking up, or for living our lives, or for simply going to work.
