Local Law Enforcement Will Cite Illegal ATV/4 Wheeler Drivers

Vehicles, such as this Off Highway Motor Vehicle, are not allowed on state roads and highways. Neither the city of Española, nor Rio Arriba County have adopted local ordinances/resolutions to allow such vehciles on city streets. Drving an ATV or Off Highway Motor Vehicle such as this driver is doing, is a $261 fine.
