Man Chases Semi Trucks for Sexual Excitement

Michelle Romero and Antoinette Salazar, in a Hyundai, were struck from behind Aug. 26 on Railroad Avenue by Ramses Martinez. The two women complained of back pain. They were treated on the scene and not transported to the hospital. Martinez was unharmed. It was not stated in the E-911 listing whether anyone was cited. The blue Hyundai was towed.
