Man Not Suicidal, Just Walking Across Bridge

Firefighters, paramedics, an ambulance and two Española City police officers responded at 4:30 p.m., March 11 to a 911 call of a man unconscious and not breathing by the skate park on North Railroad Avenue. The man was intoxicated and walked away from the scene as soon as first responders arrived.
