Española Police Sgt. Michelle Ortega (left) and an undidentified officer speak July 2 with the driver of an orange Dodge Challenger. Ortega and three other Police officers scoured the West Side looking for a similar Challenger earlier in the afternoon. The Challenger they sought hit a wall in front of the old Valley National Bank building on Paseo de Oñate and Old Los Alamos Highway. Four State Police officers (off to left) watched Ortega.
