Motorcycle Rider at Fault in La Mesilla Head-on Crash

Larry Manzanares's motorcycle lies to the right on County Road 399 in La Mesilla. State Police determined he crossed the center line the afternoon of May 23 and struck Nelson Cordova's white Cadillac SUV seen at left. Manzanares died at the scene. Cordova was unhurt.
