(SUNfoto by Wren Abbott) The body of Ivan Garcia, 30, was found face-down Aug. 23 in this southeast corner of the Fairview Sonic by Garcia’s girlfriend Crystal Sedillo about an hour after shots were fired at that location. Police responding to the shots fired call overlooked the body.
