Española Police Department Officers Jason Broyles and Dustin Chavez responded to an accident on North Riverside Drive in front of Mariscos la Playa. The driver of this Ford Mustang was arrested about 1:27 p.m., March 2 for DWI after he hit a blue Mazda from behind while both vehicles were traveling south on Riverside. The Mazda had minimal damage but the driver from South Dakota was understandably irate. He said the Mustang actually hit him twice.
