Not Everyone Happy with District Building Upgrades

Two unnamed men work on the roof of the $2.1 million Española School District administration building that is currently under construction on Hunter Street, at the site of the old Española High School. Crews are also working on a transportation center and warehouse just east of the structure. School officials expect both buildings to be operational before the start of the 2017-2018 School Year.
