After District Judge Raymond Ortiz signed a temporary restraining order Feb. 20 removing Wray Ortiz’s name from the ballot, Wray Ortiz said he will attend a Feb. 27 court hearing and argue that his intent to return to the commercial property as a resident is enough to justify his candidacy.
