Medics load Dale Gutierrez, 55, into the back of an ambulance, Dec. 28, after he passed out in a yard on North Railroad Avenue, with his pants around his ankles. Española Police officers found he is a Santa Clara tribal member. As medics tried to move him to a gurney, and later into the ambulance, he flailed his arms and yelled expletives.
