(SUNfoto by Bill Rodgers) State Police Sgt. Mitchell Maestas said these grow lamps were confiscated from an Ojo Sarco home in February and are believed to have been used as part of a marijuana growing operation. Officer Jessie Whittaker investigated the case and said about 26 mature plants were taken from the home, rented by Anthony Nappi, who was being held as of Tuesday at the Santa Fe County Jail in an unrelated case. As of Tuesday, no one had been charged in the grow operation, but Whittaker said the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office was reviewing the case.
