Police Blotter: Taggers Expand to Mobile Canvasses at College

(SUNfoto by Michael Walton) Rio Arriba County Sheriff’s deputies and Española firefighters closed Magistrate Court in Española the afternoon of May 16 after an unknown person called in a bomb threat to a court employee, Española Fire Department Lt. Ron Padilla said. Deputies and firefighters searched the building, but found nothing suspicious. The court was reopened about an hour after the threat.
