Voting ends at 1 p.m. on Tuesday

Antonio Herrera, Dulce Football

Despite taking a big loss, the Hawks’ passing game had moments of success, and Herrera was a big reason why. The sophomore caught all three of his targets and gained 32 yards in the game, continuing to accelerate a pass-first offense.

Lucas Martinez, McCurdy Football

In a Bobcats romp, their senior leader put up video game numbers. 214 rushing yards. Another 115 receiving yards. Five total touchdowns. And a two-point conversion as the cherry on top.

Mari Sanchez, McCurdy Football

All Sanchez did was average over 30 yards per carry in a win. His two second-quarter touchdowns turned what was a close game into a blowout. And multiple long kickoff returns set up the Bobcats with good field position.

Jasmine Valdez, Pojoaque Girls Soccer

Valdez had a strong week in net, keeping multiple matches close. Her match against Capital included a great penalty save among many impressive saves. And she let up just one goal in a match against Bernalillo to keep the Elkettes close.

Jonah Villegas, Pojoaque Football

The freshman had another strong game with big numbers against Santa Fe Indian. He gained 115 yards on just three carries, including a 71-yard touchdown. And he added an 81-yard kick return touchdown as well.
